Not selling any parts... This one is not a total loss. It should be in the shop for about a month, and then just like new!!! I do however, have some OEM 19" rims for sale.

Did they catch the guy?

Where are you having it fixed? About ten years ago, I had my BMW ran into, Momentum's shop did a perfect repair--they just did a great fix on a friend of mine's e46 M3 that got plowed into by a duelie (trying to park--only in Houston, Texas!!), FWIW.

Geeez,

How unlucky can one guy be!!

Then again you couldn't be too unlucky to be able to afford a CLK500 and M3

Hope the repairers do a good job and you are back on the road again soon.

Even though cars are expensive by many peoples standards in America they really don't compare at all to how much more they cost in Australia Callaway. From memory a C32 AMG costs maybe $60,000US (correct me if I'm wrong those from America) and in Australia costing $160,000-$170,000AUS including on road costs.
Even still feel bad for you man, damn nice car, I can only dream (for the meanwhile).

damn those drunken drivers

marv800. sue that *******. as someone who almost killed oneself and another person while driving while intoxicated, i really really recommend everyone not to drive when you are drunk. try to leave your car at home if you are going out for a drink and please take a cab back home. seriously.

Don’t want to sound like a huge sceptic but I hope you are not telling porkies Marv, It was you who had a bit of a thing about posting wrecked cars not so long ago, are you now just claiming these new ones to be you???

That was probably a little harsh seeing you a are most likely telling the truth, are mighty upset, and now a cretin like myself is giving you grief about the whole thing. Sorry, just want to make sure we are keeping this board real.

Yup that was me! As fate would have it, I was the one posting pics of cars I found on wreckedexotics.com Looks like I have a few contributions of my own to that website. In fact, I sent my M3 pics to the site last week, and the images should be up on the guy's site soon. I went and saw the car today at the shop, and its really not that bad. A few suspension components, a radiator, a new fan assembly, a new wheel and tire, new foglight and, a new bumper assembly. Thats about the long and short of it. The pictures really make the car look a lot worse than it really is. I just hope my bad run of luck is over. 10 Years without a claim or a citation, and now 2 claims in like 45 days... bummer.
