Easy Entry/Exit System

I just got my CLK. Was wondering when you set the system to tilt the steering wheel up and seat slide back, that it is supposed to do what you selected? For some reason, my steering wheel only tilts up but the seat does not move back. Another thing that is annoying is that when you open the doors and kept the door open, you can adjust the seat without sticking the key into the ignition system but the moment that you shut the door, the seat adjustment no longer works. Am I the only person experiencing this...?? Any comments would be appreciated!

I had the same "problem".

Your seat is too far back. Try moving it a little more foreward and then try the easy entry and exit you will see it works.

Thumbs up

Thats quite alright. My door module actually died on me. The steering wheel controls didnt work, the Seat didnt move at all so i was stuck in extreme positions.
Not fun.
Anyway, enjoy the ride!
