Headlights + TailLights
I brought my car to place to smoke the Headlights and taillights. The guy who was doing it called me back and told me that Mercedes put some safety protocol where the car won't start if the headlight and tailight lense/cover were tampered with. Does anyone know if this is true? Well anyways the guy told me to come back later when they ordered some kind of relay from Benz to override the program. Will it damage the car or void any warrantee?

He is full of sh*t of at least for the tail lights....Mine are tinted and they make tint kits for the front that say nothing about buying additional items....plus how the hell could the car know if it had tint on the lense??

The 209 Does NOT have that added feature per this clown Headlights or Tail lights

i meant.. tampering with headlights+tail lights as in removing them off the car.
Too late now.. I got it done by them. Should i be worrying about anything? Do you think they dissected my car and took out something?
