on my clk500 with 600 mile the ESP defective came on my screen.

Took it to the dealer last Thursday, and on Friday they told me that they can't find the part # on there comuter or the main computer of MB. So, thay have to take the car appart (smile) to that the part out and see the part # so they can order it.


Now that they done that, (i Think) they waiting for the part


any body had the same problem?

Just got off the phone with the dealer. They finaly found the part # and they can only get in for Germany and that will take up to 10 days.

That mean i will be without my car for Two weeks or more. Does any body think i should get refund or extend my Lease term, since the car had the problem 3 weeks after i got it?

i have that problem when the car was 1.5 months old, afterall you can still drive the car, it's a sensor problem that should be replaced. I am still struggling with the problem, it takes a long time to get the parts.

I guess it didn't take them that long. I got my car yesterday, change the sensor and my back sun shade that wasn't rolling very good.

So, i'm happy
