Buying 2001 CLK 430 cabriolet in Oakland - have questions

Buying 2001 CLK 430 cabriolet in Oakland - have questions
71K miles, overall decent condition, has Kleemann SuperCharger, headers, exaust,suspention and 18" AMG wheels. I'm going to take SC Price is $15K delivered to NY but considering what I would have gladly payed $5K for used SC to put on my E55 I figured we will buy a nicely modifed CLK 430 for $10K for my wife. What typicaly goes bad in W208 430s cabriolets? What to watch out for. Anybody knows good mechanic in Oakland CA who can check car out for me?
