2003 clk500 springs

Okay so I've done a lot of suspensions in the past and ive been hearing people say i wouldn't be able to lower it because of the lowering sensor or something. I know theres always a way around it. Plus i didnt see anyone complaining about sensors. Would h&r springs without aftermarket shocks be ok? I tried searching and no lowering sensor came up. Thanks for your help in advance.

You can lower your car with the H&R Spring with out any trouble, as far as a leveling sensr goes, the W209 Clk does not have the airmatic or active suspension as some of the heavier/ exoensive benzes do. I am personally running the H&R spring on my CLK 500, installed myself in my garage. It took a good deal of the play out of the suspension. the only issue with it if I would even call it that is, when riding with a car full of people becareful that you don't drive to aggresively or sometimes rear tire will bottom out into the felt lining of the wheel well.

Corrolla
If you lower your car you better replace your stock shock with the aftermarket ones too.
