Command install help,

I've posted this on other boards, hoping to get some help here.

I am in the process of installing a command in to my 04 CLK500.
I got the G klasse nav unit that requires analog speed censor, but that's not the problem.
The dealer only had 2 pin connectors and i am waiting on more to come.
So, so far i just wanted to make sure that the command i got was powering up. so i plugged in the A connector with all the power, the CD changer power on C1 connector, the Fiber Optic that goes to the Amp and such, the only thing i can't connect right now is the C2 that has the D2B wake up and steering wheel controls.
With all that... there is no sound. the unit powers up, Does not see the CD changer. No sound from the unit what so ever.

Would not connecting CAN and D2B wakeup cause it not to have any sound?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

yes, you need to connect EVERYTHING in order for everything to work. If any or even cd changer cable is not connected then you will get no sound. I installed comand as well in my 03 clk500 and i had to buy a wiring kit, if you want i can get you that part number off that packing slip.
