CLK 500 06 Comand Nav DVD request?

Hi everyone...just joined the club yesterday and picked up an 06 CLK500!!!

Well the downer is that the Nav DVD has a few deep scratches that it won't read or will keep looping after booting up...dealership says bad DVD...

So any members here have a "backup" copy of the Comand Nav DVD? Please let me know...
