Yes (with quad exhausts) and yes (OEM fitment - plug and play)

The BS spoiler..........yes. The diffuser...........you need to get the quad exhaust "style" or cut out the other side for the diffuser to fit.

The diffuser will fit all Clk 500, Clk 55, Clk 550 and Clk 63 rear bumper but only if you get the quad exhaust mods or cut out the hole on the other side of the bumper.

I live in the Riverside county. The next meet is at "S. Cali Meet 5/16 Tiajuanas Bar, Irvine, CA". I'll be there. You're absolutely right about the black out emblem. Thanks, I'll look for one on Ebay.

Did you got it yet? Do not drill hole on the bumper. Call me and I'll tell you how to redesign the diffuser for better installation without driiling hole on the bumper.

Some people are got it for less then $400. I think I can get it for you at my price then you just drive then to pick it up. And if you want free installation, drive another 35 miles to my place.
