NEWBIE:Help comfort me with my purchase!
Well gents and ladies, I officially made it and this is my FIRST post. So HELLO to all in the MBworld!!!! My name is Wayne and I just purchased a 2005 CLK 500 orion blue today. The financing just went through and we are finishing the final touches tomorrow. I'm 25 years old and I've been the proud owner of 13 hondas in my driving career. I haven't had a DL either in the past 7 of them though. With that said, I couldnt keep up with all the payments for courts and lawyer to buy a MB. Now I got my license back and I'm completely out of debt, I splurged on a Benz.
I always knew this forum was here but for the past 2 weeks while searching for my car I didn't even think of coming here to do research. With the purchase done and no more discussions with the salesman, I want to know if I got a deal or not.
So I purchased a 2005 CLK 500, Orion blue, with the lighting and roof package, and only 14,000 miles. I paid $26,500.
I thought the price was fair due to the color and mileage. Another question I have, is the orion blue color pretty limited? I can't find any online to see or even purchase.
