Hello all. This is the problem I am having. When I attempt to let passengers in on the PASSENGER's side the headrest goes up in stead of down and i have no control of it. Is there any way to disable this feature? The driver's side works fine. Has anyone else experienced this?

I am not sure, but try the memory set, and set the headrest in the lowest position, see what happen.
