No power to my new AC compressor
Help!!!!!!!
We installed a new compressor last week on our 2003 CLK 320 Coupe. I gave them the VIN# and they sent us the worng one. It ran for 5 min and then the clutch burned up on it. So we took it off and installed the proper compressor. here is the problem....we are not getting any power to the compressor or low pressure switch. I have been told that the Automatic Climate control head will send a code once the clutch is burned up. Could this be why we are not getting power to the compressor? It is blowing air, nut not any cold air. Do I need to take the car into the dealership and have it reset? Any ideas or help will be greatly appreciated!
