Engine light came up about a week ago, manual says emission problem. Been driving ok until one day if felt like it dropped a cylinder, and very rough at idle (54K miles and new plugs on their way anyway) Engine switched off and on again, running fine until I hit over 3Krpm, the same thing, engine light flashes and power gone, and rough idle... 5th time and it aint going away

Had it hooked up today and says misfire on cylinders 5,6,7. Can't be three coil packs or 6 plugs gone down, so leads me to the MAF ?

If I'm gonna change this anyway (if it is this), is there an upgrade ? I've been spoiled with aftermarket stuff for the Chevy LS1 so no idea whats available for the Merc.
