Factory Sirius Antenna Location?
My 2007 clk350 cabriolet will give me a code to activate the satellite receiver. However, the display keeps saying acquiring but never acquires a satellite signal. I have called to activate the receiver but it cannot receive the activation code. The previous owner had a Sirius account so I assume the vehicle is equipped to receive the signal. Anyone know where I should look for the antenna? Are there other checks I should make to see if it has one?

It is on the lid. Confirmed today. You need to have sirius send the signal while you are in the car with it running and in the open. (No garage) Even if it says acquiring. When they send the signal if it still says acquiring signal. Change it to FM then wait about 10 seconds and change it back to SAT. It should work no prob.

I don't have anything on the top of my trunk. There are cables and some pieces of equipment under the trunk lid, I hope these may be the Sirius antenna.
I will try the turning to FM trick first chance I get.
It seems odd to me that I get an identification number for the Sirius receiver and the display reads acquiring but the speedometer display continues to read NO SAT.
