Carbon Fiber Hood/Star Hood Emblem
Ok this is a two parter. 1st question is out of curiosity, has anybody seen a w209 with this carbon fiber hood? Even though I think it might be too much I would like to see how it looks. Maybe someone could photoshop itn The second question is it possible to put a hood emblem with a star instead of the flat one? I have been looking around and everything says that they are only for pre 04 models. Thanx

I haven't seen a CF hood, nor would I want to.
The upright star doesn't work with 209 models, if you have ever taken off your emblem you will see that there is no hole for the lower bracket to go through. It simply has two holes that are meant to be for a flat hood emblem. An upright star on a coupe would look pretty weird.
