thanks everyone. what i want to mod and can afford to mod are two differnt worlds. yea ive already done some minor lighting. the clear bumper lights w/ 4 led ambers behind them(might change those to a cool white). Changed all interiors and reverse lights to hyper white bulbs (except visors).

Future Mods(in my reach):

Either 50% or 35% Tints
Tint directional portion of tails
Roof Spoiler
HID Fog Lights (to match headlights)

THEN(hopefully):
Amg Brake Kit
Dual Exhaust w/ Quad tips
Diffuser
Front Lip
Rims & Tires

I would love to do ALL BULBS LED. but seen some warnings not to on the forum..

Has anyone done LED Lisence Plates? If so, DETAILS??? (dont want to melt anything!)
basically what can i do as far as simple bulb change w/o melting something

Are you sure you have Xenons? Maybe it's just the picture but they look like halogens. Nice car though.

He's got bi-zenons, look at the projectors.

Congrats on the purchase. Looks like you bought it from the same dealer I bought mine from, Infiniti of Greenwich.

There are alot of threads about the installation and all that but this is how did to mine...buy 2 LEDS (6418) and 2 resistors then hook them up simple as that. If I remembered right then there is a LED with the resistor built in they're selling on ebay you just have to do alittle search or get in the CLS section there is a guy got those LED installed and yes he didnt have any problem. If you search then use this key "LED license plate".

I'm in Bergen County....I changed out all my interior lights for LEDs with no problems. I believe they don't need resistors inside. I also have LEDs in the city lights and the license plate, both bought off ebay and work perfect. They came with built in resistors.

nice! haha thanks guys, finally getting somewhere. okay city lights need resistors and plates.

but if i wanted to do led signals/reverse/brake lights.

how could i w/o getting a warning on my dash, as well as keeping normal flash rating for signals?

I'm pretty sure that signal/reverse/ and brake lights won't work without resistors. I bought a bunch without resistors to try them out and they don't even blink. Keeping them on the side for now...
