Got 35% all over, and very very happy with it.
It looks dark but not illegal dark. The tint shop recommended 42% as being legal since when you put in on the Mercedes window it will get darker but that thing looks WAY to light so 35% just did it for me.
I guess having a black interior helps a lot.



Nest thing on the list. Smoke the taillights and paint the grill black

I actually want your Brabus front bumper, that just looks insane! And for rims i was thinking to go with some replica Carlsson ones but not sure on that yet

hmm nice tint bro.

I was looking to tint my clk as well. but it is silver. I dont know what % to tint it? i dont want to have it look mismatched with the car. so i guess lighter tint for me?

Actually Black and Silver matches a lot so i would go as dark as possible. My friend had 20% all over on his Silver C240 and it looked very very good esp after he put black rims on it.
He got a ticket though and was ordered to remove the tints

So my advice is go as dark as you can. Just be careful from police

I have a friend who had a silver Ford Lightning that had two layers of tint put on. One layer was a light balck, maybe 30%, the next layer he did a light silver reflective tint. It looked awesome on the silver car.
