After tons of research i think that the problem with my blinkers might be the relay. And one relay covers the blinkers windshield wiper and the high-beams.
I am thinking it has gone bad and want to take a look at it so i can see the part number and maybe order a new one.

Now the big question is: Where is the relay box located????
How is the relay for the ones i mentioned supposed to look.
