yes it will but the only diff is they part that hooks up 2 the cover
if u want i am selling my modded clk500 airbox it looks the same on the out side but it is all cut out and raped for heat on the bottom so u will get more hp

What do you mean by "raped for heat" on your airbox?

the bottom of my box is raped in heat tap

oh, you mean wrapped with heat deflecting tape.
I've done the same to mine, don't notice any difference.

2 tell it works i ran the car stock and it the intake with a tem gun i ues 4 work then the same day did the same run with the new intake and it was colder
also ther r like 5 different types of tape i got mine at a ac store they use it on all ac systems and it works
if u want my intake it is already raped and borded so u can c a different i can paint it and sell it 2 u if u wanted
