belt noise on the engine, what do you think?

belt noise on the engine, what do you think?
The car is 3 years old and 39k m. There is a "belt noise", but what do you think I should change? only the polyV belt, or the tensor pulley too -the car has only 39k m, and the tensor pulley costs more than 100 €...-.

I don't understand how such a new merc can do this things...

2008 CLK 550 Cabriolet
The wife's CLK 350 has a chirping sound coming from the belt area, turned out to be the tensioner pulley. It was changed under warranty.

i had my tensioner pulley changed when the car was less than a year old, fortunately under warranty.
