Xenon Auto leveling issues

My cousin has a 04 clk500 and his headlights are stuck in the down position. Everytime he turns on the lights it tries to lower the lights evenmore. Can anyone help? Could it be the swaybar sensors, or does he need to recalibrate?
He just got the car serviced on Wed.

tell him to go back to the dealership and get them to recalibrate it for him....

another problem could be the auto-leveling sensor is faulty.

If you have the xenon headlights then you have the auto leveling function. If you have the standard halogen lamps then you do not. Hope that helps.

Went to dealership and they said there was nothing wrong w/ sensors. Ended up recalibrating. Everything is fine now.

yup, I ended up at the dealer. they said that my, drop in addition to running 255/40/17 up front combined to make the computer think that the front of my car was rising in the air. so the autoleveling program sent the headlights to the ground.
