I saw in an E-class thread that the H/K systems have a 10" sub.

Are you going to upgrade the sub and stick it in the same compartment? I have a sealed box in my trunk right now, but I'm trying to think of solutions to keep my trunk space. Might just take out the spare tire.

I have 2 10's in the drunk as well and when ever I got to cary anything I have to remove and its huge pita!!! I was thinking if mounting them in the oem spots i.e remove the stock one and put the second one in the empty hole.

Originally I wanted to do that too. Have you seend Ph1l's setup? It's somewhereHe has two 10"s in the trunk seated where the spare was. He has a nice set up that displays his amps too. Then he has a thing to cover it up if he needs to put stuff in there. I would love to do the same.
