Help!!!! Tranny Leaking !!!!!!
Hi, I just baught a clk 55 , stored it for winter and out of nowhere the tranny starts to leak!!
I went under the car and noticed it was ocmming for the transmission solenoid
(metallic cylinder part on the driver side)
So my question is does it make sens that the leak comes from there?
How much to fix?
And will it leak until the transmission fluid is empty ( I dont feel like towing it to the dealer in about a month)

that sucks man. I feel bad for you.
I have a 05 CLK500, as far as i know, there should be 12-15 qts of fluids in there.
Where you located? If you in the Maryland, Virginia, DC area I can recommend you a shop.
Tell us where you from, maybe someone can recommend you a good shop. Do you have extended warranty? If you do, not sure why you started this discussion lol.
If not, go to an Indie shop that specializes MB only.

I just got mine transmission flushed with filter and gasket changed. I hope mine doesn't leak. LOL
