LED Daylight running INSTALLED !!!
I finally have times today and decided to installed my LED daylight running. I personally like it because it look different. I got the idea after I saw the new Clk (E-Coupe) in my rear mirror a couple months back. I know it not everyone cup of tea but it mine CUP of TEA !!!

For power, I just tapped into the side bumper corner light.

that looks really clean. I never thought of tapping into the side markers. quite smart. how long did it take you, klinh?

i was looking to do day time running lights but no where to put them. i have the 320 kit. haha any ideas? and where did you get them?

I think it looks awesome when it's just the led's and the city lights. In the pic where all the lights are on it looks like too much.

I like it, but I agree with dynomite05. Why not tap into the city lights? That way they turn off when the headlights are on.

Yes, it not bad but I agreed too much light. I can easily put a switch in there to turn it on/off when ever the foglight is on. It look really nice too when the foglights is off and all the lights is on. I forgot to take a pic of it.

I did (3th post pic) but we (US) don't have the Canada/European city light like feature. The new E-coupe does came with the city light and it does not turn off automatic either when the headlight turn on but it will dim the the city light to 30% less bright when the healight turn on. Btw, these mods only cost me $15 (not a mis-typed) in parts.

Looks GREAT! Where did you get your DRL's? And what temp is our FOG's? 6000k?

Also, how do you power the LED light? If i read your post correctly you powerd it into your side blinkers?

The DRL I got is from Ebay. The FOG's temp is 6000k from HIDextra.com. Yes, I tapped the side blinkers for power. I didn't have to cut the side blinker wires at all.

3 people e-mailed me for the seller but I couldn't find it on Ebay anymore. Btw, some people though it the stripe type LED, it not the stripe LED. My headlight HID is not OEM. I just installed the 6000k D1S HID bulbs on mine. My DRL and city light are "zexon white".
