Clk320 Idle
What is supposed to be the idle speed for a w209 clk 320 in neutral and in gear while stopped? Mine is at around 750rpm neutral and 600rpm in gear while stopped. I'm wondering because lately my car has been acting up, sometimes the car would jerk forward while lightly applying the accelerator in stop and go traffic. I've also seen my idle dip below 600rpm during braking on a couple occasions. I know its a very vague description of my problem, just throwing it out there. Perhaps I shall post a video later.
Also, I was wondering if its possible to check the MAF (Mass Airflow Sensor) using a multitool.

I noticed mine also idles at 6k when in gear. Seems a bit low. I was going to ask my mechanic to check it out next week. You should definitely check out you MAF. I have already replaced mine and it made a big difference.

Hey dynomite, yea I'm leaning towards MAF too. I hear changing the MAF yields good results, or at the very least cleaning it. I'll get the car read soon with a scanner and we'll see the results.
BTW where did you buy your replacement MAF from?
