Service B question

Hello there everyone,

my service B is due (87k), what should I do for the service- just basic oil change and check all the fluids or do a complete tune up (changing the all fluids and spark plugs with it- any suggestion?

Just do a basic oil change and check all fluids.

Change brake fluid every two years. According to Mercedes, spark plugs are suppose to last 100k miles or 5 years but usually I change them at 50k or 5 years. For transmission and rear differential fluid, I change them at 50k also.

When was the last time you replaced the cabin filter and the air filters in the engine comportment? I would personally recommend replacing the spark plugs at 78k, im doing mine in about 5k mile, my car is at 53k. From what i hear, its good to replace first at 50k and the next one in 75k. I think a lot of people find a bit of performance gain in the iridium spark plugs, im unsure about those though.

As far as the fluids go, i did my on service a around 38k miles. My service B is coming next week and im just replacing the filters, changing the oil, and checking up on everything. The next time im changing my fluids will probably be service a. The best thing is just to keep a look out on them and fill them up.
