keyless entry not working
keyless entry not working correctly on the driver side door. both buttons lock the car, the passenger side keyless entry works just fine.. and suggestions?

I have an itermittent problem on the passenger side but not enough to have it happen when I try to show the dealer.
From reading other forums, I think that the sending unit in the door handle needs to be replaced and that may mean needing a new door handle.

this might sound crazy, but i had a similar problem with my 2004 C-class sedan. check the batteries in the remote key/fob thingy. dealer ran a full diagnostic on the alarm, locking system, etc. and found nothing. it was still acting weird, we changed the batteries and all was fixed. just something to rule out, especially if the behavior is intermittent
