my car warns me of speed camera's and is a nuisance when it's not upto date, how can i turn it off?

 

Your car warns you of speed cameras? How?

 

by beeping very loudly through all of the speakers!

did you buy it used?

if so, it might have an aftermarket set up which is pretty convenient if you ask me.

 

it is but it could at least do with the volume turning down. The worst of it is when i come to the end of a restricted roadworks stretch on the motorway and accelerate: the GPS isn't too clever and still thinks i'm in the restricted area and beeps prefusly.
I wish i could locate it.

 

ok, it's driving me mad. how can i remove command to look behind it? hopefully not via the two small circles thus leaving huge screwdriver marks
