As always you have the best compliments Klinh....lol....The bulbs can't be removed without throwing errors. I tried taping it to the fender and the bulb melted. If you have any suggestions please let me know.
I actually don't mind the way it looks.
Side Note: I didn't paint them they are from Evosport.

Another option woul be to replace the bulb with an LED, paint the bulb off black & replace it, nothing to hide or wrap. LED's give off next to nothing for heat and last eon's. But, if you don't mind the look, leave it, to each their own.
BTW, the garage pics are fantastic, great light reflections of the paint (and I noticed how your CLK has pulled 'just' ahead of the E next to you for good measure )

There's a discussion about this from a year ago. I wrapped the bulb "lossely" in aluminum foil, taped it with electrical tape around the base and dropped it down the bumper. The aluminum foil keeps the bulb from conacting any plastic surface and heating it up, but stays cool.

Here is something I did a couple weeks ago. I just did the upper chrome trim around the passenger side windows to see how it would hold up to the elements. I used 3M Vinyl Electric Tape and it worked out pretty good, it blends in well with the surrounding black trim. It has stood up to rain, wind , and carwash. I will be doing the rest of the window chrome this week.
