B-Xenon Light

I just noticed a "white cloudy" patch on one of my headlights (bi-xenon headlight, 2004 CLK320). I applied Meguiar's PlastX and did not help. It looks like the patch is from the inside of the glass.

Is there any way I can remove this patch?

Is it moisture? You could always open the headlight and clean it. This in instructions to take apart a 203 light but ours are similar.
