Clk tuning..
I've a Clk 200 kompressor w209 and I want to modify some parts of it. I've already installed 4 eibach spring and hardened the socks-absorber with a lowering of about 3cm.
I've also taken a front adjustable chromium plated anti-roll bar.
Now I'm waiting to modify the exaust (and the rear bumber) to have a double left-right exit.
Now I'm a bit confused by the various tuning program..
Brabus: yeah..it' nice but.. imho is not to the height of the price
Lorinser: nice too. In italy a front bumber costs about 1600 euro (about 1500 us dollars).
Carlsson: I don't like it too much..
AMG: yeah, I like it and maybe I'll take it.
Kleeman: yet another tuner that I like.
Which thoughts are the best ones?
Kleeman has also a performance kit for 2l kompressor to jump from 163hp to 200hp.
What do you think about it?
D'u have other links (even with Italy dealers..) where I can find somthing other?
Cost effective & performance real gains !
Brabus, Kleemann... are offering that pulley kit.
Dual exhaust (like W211), you can hook-up any tips
AMG,Carlsson, Lorinser or Replica ... according to your preference.
The extend pipe to the right (factory exhaust is in the left)
can be customized by any performance shop.

...well.....|
Muffler --|-- tips (L)
Yes, pulley is very popular. A company of eprom-tuning in my city (Digital Motor) offer me this kit:
- pulley
- strap
- eprom reprogramming
about 950euro ( about 800 us dollar ) with a gain of about 30hp (therefore a jump from 163hp to 193hp).
But I've seen yesterday in kleemann's site a boost kit for my 200k with a jump to 200hp... but without a description of the various steps. In this case I've also a problem...there's not a kleemann's Italy dealer...unfurtunately.
About exhaust.. my mechanic will do the same like your example: a sample link to the factory exhaust on the right, around the spare wheel.
But how the hell AMG & C. components costs!?
