Looks good! I would go with a color other than red for the calipers. Since the car and wheels are red you need some contrast with the calipers.
BTW: Bravo on getting 20's and not having it look like a 4x4. Hows the ride?

looks good....you don't see many red CLK's and I know I haven't seen one with red wheels... Ballsy move!
A couple of simple and cheap fixes to really clean the car up would be to go with clear or painted side markers.(GET RID OF THE AMBER) a very light tint on the tails just to knock down the different shade of red. I cant really tell what is on those center caps, but something like a black or even crested cap might be a good contrast.
I think your drop looks great.
Good looking ride.

Do you have any rubbing issues in the rear when you drive (with or without rear passengers)? Do you have any issues with Traction Control or the Electronic Stability Program? I only ask because 275/30/20s are over 3% bigger (diameter) than the factory tire size and I heard going 3% causes problems.
