Man..........let just be honest here. The wheels look good but the over all look on the car is UGLY !!!!!! You really need to lower that baby !!!

+1 On the lowering...other than that looks good. Only other thing i might do are bigger brake calipers but that might be overkill..

Yeah... one thing at a time... I know the wheels were definitely not the cheapest thing, and more expensive than springs, but I'd rather go coilover kit but the roads here are not the best and well I do like my current ride quality.

Great rim choice and as others have said, dropping the ride height will really take advantage of the look.
A 235 tyre on an 8.5” rim on the front, why so skinny?
In fact wider both front and rear with the same aspect ratio would have increased your tyre wall size and retained the ride comfort while closing the gap a bit between tyres and fenders and given a tougher stance.

Wheels are hot.
People who are saying MB center caps need to understand fully custom tailored forged wheels a little better. And MB caps look cheesy on anything of the sort.
As for the tire choice, Proxy 4's are trouble in the rain and any wet conditions.
Coilovers, you're onto something. I'd suggest H&R, Bilstein, or KW.
Overall, a good start.

I'd do coilovers but I need to research to see what will be the best for ride quality so I don't feel every thing on the road.
Appreciate the nice comments man!

Looks great. Love the new shoes and the caps look great. It amazes me how critical people can be about members cars when they share exciting new mods.![nix](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/nixweiss.gif)

Like the look, you are definitely on to something!
I'm searching for new shoes for my Silver CLK 550. Wanted Vossen VVS-075's in matte black but they are discontinued! So the Moduleware M5's may be the trick. What did they set you back?

If you're looking for a one piece wheel price range just letting you know that the Modulare lineup will set you back, way back. Worth every penny don't get me wrong, but shouldn't compare them to vossens.

Contact Peter at wheelexperts.com for a price. He can take care of what you want. You can get the wheel and finish you are looking for.

Nice choice for wheels and your car looks great. It will look better lowered as other have mention but I'm in the same boat as you. Put rims on mine but still havent' lowered the car.
