Terrible emergency brake problem almost totalled car please help

Whatsup guys ,i know i havent posted here in a while i had some issues since my grandparents passing away. Last night i replaced my brake lines with stainless steel lines when i took out the lugs two of them were cracked from being overtourqed i guess when installed the first time. I have in my trunk replacement lugs luckily but they were maybe 4-5mm longers then the ones that were on before but i had no choice and thought nothing of it when i replaced it, after i replaced the rear lugs and drove away from school i heard a clicking noise so im on the highway and with more speed the sound went away.

After 10-15 mins driving on the highway it sounded like either the lugs broke or something because my car drifted from the lane all the way to the wall almost thank god no cars were around at the time, the cops came and i was able to exit the vehicle to see what happen and to my surprise nothing i couldnt see anything so the cops escorted me of the nearest exit and it seems like the emergency brake kept getting activated preventing me from driving after putting it in reverse for a moment and then drive it started working. I heard loud noises like scrapping and snapping but i had to drive slowly from speeding traffic i came to a parking spot lifted the car with the main jack couldnt find anything visual i replaced the lugs with the shorters one on the right side only thats all i had enough for but the noise didnt go awway it still stopped me. When i removed the longer bolts i noticed the ends of the bolts were getting stripped and when i engage the emergency brake nothing happens so my guess is the emergency brake got completely screwed. i drove at 3 mph and the right rear wheel locked up and stopped the car and when i apply the emergency brake it does nothing. If somebody has any ideas or can help me out in anyway it would be greatly appreciated it. Thanks guys in advance youve always been a big help to me

Dude.............the issues of clicking noise in the rear when installed longer wheel bolts has been discuss HUNDREDS TIMES !!!!!!!!!!! You F#%#%#%^CK up your emergency brake and those springs inside probably all pop out and cause the brake shoe to collasped onto the rotor and lock it up. There's no way of knowing what exactly is damages until you remove the rotor to see inside. It hard enough to remove the rotors and now you have to remove the rotor with the emergency brake on/lock up. You're F%%&CK and better of tow it to a repair shop.
