Different Size hub diameter?
I need to get spacers for my 2005 CLLK500 Cab.
When I look at the spacers on the Internet they all say they are 66.5mm bore.
However the front hub on the my CLK is not completely smooth.
The back axle is 66.5mm from the rotor out to the
end of the axle. The front hub however has some
extra width by the rotor. The outside of the hub is
66.5mm, but then about half way down there is an
additional ring that creates more width. I have
tried spacers will fit on the end of the axle but then will not go flush to the rotor because of this added width.
Am I crazy or have others had this experience? Are there spacers that will fit over this additional width?
