USPS delivers DHL stuff (at least in my area) .... FedEx also has contract with USPS. So don't be surprised to see a FedEx tracking number but being delivered by your neighbor postman.

Yup, since then I have ordered a few things from Germany and it always ship out through DHL and arrives to me through USPS.

Thanks Wes, the complete cluster is about $3600 I checked the epc also.
I have one coming next week, got lucky.
