Here are some new pics I took today with the CF license plate cover and the CF door handle surrounds installed. I also have the CF mirror covers I will be trying on in a couple days.

Yea just purchase it off their website. It's a PITA to put it on. I took off that piece of the trunk to make it easier.

Thanks, this setup on a 550 would be CRAZY! You might need to do something to silence it a bit, depending on your taste. That would be awesome to hear.

I would wait on the tune until the exhaust work is done. I might be going down to TVTDesign and getting it re-tuned and dyno'd after a couple hundred miles. I will send you a list or the parts tomorrow.Originally Posted by fusion2007

hey dynomite, car looks fantastic. love the exhaust setup, love the tails, love the rear end...but imo, i think it looked better without the CF license plate cover, but still looks good nonetheless.
keep up the good work, you're an inspiration to all w209 owners

The CF plate surround works well on your silver car with the CF spoiler and diffuser pal, I thought it might look a bit weighted but it doesn't at all. CF door handle surrounds, not sure yet but I bet they'll mesh up very nicely with the mirror covers. Regardless of anyones comments or thoughts, positive or negative - fantastic effort dude, I really admire it.
Thank you guys. I know it's not to everyones taste, but I love CF!

lol, I was thinking the same thing while taking it. Would be nice if you could see the detail in the CF.

I do not think they'll look good, and it'll also "hide" them.

True, my worry was that they would blend into the diffuser.Originally Posted by kostas86

If the ballot is for President Obama and Vice President Flat Black Tips, I vote NO! Not saying that you should stay polished because you're whole theme is CF/silver/black, I would vote for satin black, aka, semi gloss or gloss black. That would be 'hot' right Paris? Sorry, that's soooo 2007, the new phrase is 'so huge'.Originally Posted by dynomite05
