Need help on removing rear bumper!

I need to remove my bumper to install some CF covers for the exhaust . A body shop has offered to do that for me but i am not sure if they know what they are doing though they claim to have worked on my car before

I dont want them to remove it and put it back on with the corners off or w.e

Anyone has done or seen this done before? Any idea how many bolts and where they are?

Anything i should tell them to be careful with?

Also Dyno would your software show you how to remove one and if so can you attach some pic here plz?

Thanks
