Matte clk550

So i decided to pull the trigger, im going to be warping my clk550 in matte black vinyl!

should take a few days i will post progress here.

Take some pics during the process. We can learn it from you. It's always interesting to DIY that and I don't know that the material is that cheap. I think it costs more than $120 for the whole car.

They guy who did the BMW says bumpers were the harder part. Hood roof and trunk were the easy part

Exactly. I figure the rest of the car is nice big pieces, no complex curves. The bumpers would be the hardest so I think it might be easier doing them while they are off the car.

Yeah the guy didnt take them off thats why it was hard, we will be tasking everything off for a complete wrap.

don't use a heat gun, use a hair blow dryer. it's a lot easier to put on with no lube also. buying a teflon squeegee is a lot easier also. at least that's what i learned during my install.
