More of an option thing than price really. Other than quality with the OEM MB navi you dont get much.
After market OEM Look alike offer much much more.
Found two places to order from. Still unsure about fitments on one of them.
Does the newer w203 have same command unit as us?
Price is truly unbeatable as well

EDIT:

you could get smth better for 375?
And those ones are supposed to be a plug and play so really no installation fees which could run a lot.
i asked for a pioneer installed on my car at BestBuy and was quoted for 2000.00 including the unit???
First site accepts PayPal too so they might be legit

what is your spending budget?
you can hop on one of the older pioneer gps units or kenwood or alpine. i did my fair share of research for aftermarket units last year before i pulled the trigger on the z110.
a lot of people on the c class forums used the z1, z2, z3 units from pioneer and they are pleased. and dont go to bestbuy, they might chop your wires. either do it yourself or get an aftermarket installer to do it.
OT: wassup wes, how ya been bud? get that z120 yet?
