Vibration with KW V2

Hi guys,

Recently I had my transmission fluids (7g tronic and rear dif) replaced at MB work shop, and it was made 10000km sooner than the service sheet advices (50k instead of 60k).

Some time after, I changed the stock sport suspension for KW V2, and I didn't lowered it too much.

But I started to hear some rolling noise (like the tires where too much inflated with air) and it's noticeable all the changes in the road pavement, and this while "cruizing".
When I accelerate hard at all speeds, and when reaching 3000rpm and up (320CDI with 520Nm) all the rear end of the car vibrates!!!

I checked the shocks with a shock test and they are ok, checked the tires and are ok (almost new), and went to MB dealer for they can test drive the car and give some opinion and the answer was... never saw something like this!!!

I have 18" AMG original wheels, car have 54000km and 2 years old.

I just have to look for bad bushing at the rear, but I have also an Sport coupe with 150000km and never had a problem like this.

Any thoughts or sugestions!?

Thanks

Did you get an alignment after? Maybe you need to have your balance checked.

I have knocking noise in the back after they changed out the spring pads. It turn out, one of the lower shock bolt wasn't torques down.

I see this is a common problem in these cars. It's really a crap shoot. Almost everyone has a different reason for the sound.

Yes I did.

Like Klinh says, I will next try to check the bolts.
If it's ok I can only think on transmission problems or maybe engine mounts or transmission mounts!!!

Did the problem start immediately after installing the V2s or did it take some time?

I didn't noticed at the begining, since I also didn't drive it hard, just driving in city, but after some 1500km I started to floor it in highways and noticed it.

Do you have any clue?
