Question '04 CLK dash display warning

Hey all,
First I want to say I love my '04 CLK500. I've mostly viewed the MBWorld fourm for hints and tips to service my CLK, recently doing an oil change service and saving a ton of $ over the dealer. With just over 70K miles it's really been a great car since I purchased it brand new.

My issue is How do I get the center dash warning(s) off of the display every time I start the car up? I really do not want to take it to the dealer for a $100 visit for something that should be easily done in my garage with a few pushes of a button.

I have replaced the bulb ($11!!), ordered the exact replacement type/style, checked all the connections for corrosion, and made sure everything was working properly. Everything seems OK.
I'm assuming this warning is for the rear/right tail-running light?
Every time I start the car the center dash show these warnings. I press the reset button on the left hand side each time and the warnings go away but then they come back again at the next start up!

I would also like this display warning to go away too.

Any ideas??

I drive the racism out of BadDebt. ;)
for the first one, check tail-lamp bulbs AGAIN....they are most likely one that is still burnt-out.

for the second seek an Indy with a STAR diagnosis machine...

They will not go away until you resolve the problem. POP up everytime you start your car.

Dealership told me you can't get rid of the tele aid unless you have the service...

My dealer told me the same thing. I am a new owner and have a two part question for you guys. My SOS was never hooked up and I replaced my battery in October and my ignition (ouch) in November. Now problem with SOS is the red light on the top stays on all the time and killed my battery. Took it in and dealer said they had to reprogram the system to remove SOS all together and want to charge me $150 saying they had to reprogram the ignition. My question is shouldn't they have done this last month when I got a new ignition system? Shouldn't I fight it?
