Did anyone here got a letter from Mercedes regarding the new benefit from Roadside Assitance? If your car is still under the factory 4/50k miles warranty, no need to worry. These new benefit only apply to car that is out of the factory bumper to bumper warranty. The new benefit now included, free towing to the nearest Mercedes dealer if your ar broke down. But the condition is, you have to spend at least $100 on an service at the dealership in the last 18 months. I think that's pretty fair condition.

It sounds like a pretty decent deal for the car owner who wishes to use the dealership for service and good for the dealer too, brings guys back. We sure don't have anything like that here.
