It'll be louder, that's for sure. The question is, will you be able to stand it and the drone that comes with it as a daily driver? I couldn't. Been there done that.

It's awesome for cruising for fun, but for daily driving it can get annoying especially at hwy speeds and the cops don't like it either.

But being loud doesn't really mean you'll sound as nice. Ferraris, Lambos, Bugatti, etc, all have awesome sounding motors. Say you have a loud civic, or anything, look at how many people consider those annoying, yet the exotics are not annoying.
Unfortunately the CLK cannot replicate the sexy exhaust tone of those cars. I'd rather have a nice sounding setup than just have something just to be as loud as possible.

ok so officially, in about a month i am going to do a tru dual setup with a magnaflow xpipe in the middle....there will be no mufflers unless i feel like the noise is unbearable. But for now i am having them cut the muffler off and weld the tips to a straight pipe...if i do not like it i will have them slap it back on and i will buy the mufflers for when i do the quad tips.
