i have asked them several times to drop the price so i can test it and seem myself but they just dont get it...

how much is it for a used HU?

Yea that is a lot. Fry's said they can replace everything HU and speakers for 400-1000.
I'm happy with stock I really just want Ipod integration.

Just agreeing that HU was alot and you can get a whole system for the same price.
However, I have seen some of them on US ebay for under $600.
To me that's not a bad price.

under 600 is not bad. But the stock HU doesnt do much besides nav...

with an aftermarket you get a lot more
