Ask around man lots of places do it. I found someone to do them here for me for a great price. I get them back tomorrow in the mail and will post more pic of how they turned out.
He prefers to remain anonymous here but i could ask him if he is willing to do yours if you want me to:

Cause they're not...clkboi is referring to having the inside of the housing painted black like how kev did it...midnight is referring to actually painting the outside of the lens to have a distinct tint to them with a pretty cool reflection if I might say...I know someone, if not kev, posted a picture of the spray can he thought it was that gave the headlight this effect...i just can't find that thread anymore...
I tinted my headlights with vinyl tint...but I'm probably going to switch to lamin-x which is the link that is provided to you above....
Here is an example of lamin-x on another w209...look at my photo album if you want to see my vinyl tinting on my headlights and the rest of my markers and clear part on my tails...
https://mbworld.org/forums/clk-class-w209/378188-tinted-headlight-some-pictures-share.html
If you find out what 180 uses specifically, let me know...

oh you mean the rainbow effect?
I have done so much research on that and with no luck.
Some times using lamin x over the headlight will give you that color shift in certain angels.
Advans and Astropat have the real deal color shifting lenses but Advans who did both will not share the secret.
He said it is a secret "spray" and another time he said it is a special polish done to the lense...
If you ever find it let me know i would love that effect
Dyno i tried the Krylon product but no luck...
My next step will be trying this type of products and see what happens:

i was looking at my headlights yesterday and could see the effect in certain corners. I think its from buff and polish as well and its more noticeable when you have black inside them.
What advans could have done to make it stronger is buff and polish the inside of the leans as well.

Remove the 'fire resistant' fabric from the inside of the bonnet. Should be little clips or something. If I remember right, theres is something you simply have to twist on the under-side of the badge and you can easily pull it through the top. Excuse my explanation if its gibberish, I'm extremely hungover...

Ah, I thought so. Midnight - Your car looks sick. Could you post some pics of it out in daylight?
It might look better with the contrast of the headlights/side-mirrors with the black rather than tinting.
