Anyone knows how to put an after market HID kit on Xenon headlights?

Anyone knows how to put an after market HID kit on Xenon headlights?
Ok so my ignitor burned last night. I checked it out and one of the pins was all black and it smelled terribly.

I ordered an after market HID kit to be worry free but i have no idea how to install it.

My old halogens which i upgraded to HID were simply plug and play but this one seems complicated.

I dont want to use the stock ballast or the ignitor from the headlights.

Also can the ignitor itself be replaced without being too much pain?
