Wipers work but dont stop in the down position.
My wipers work but they are stopping in the middle of my windshield and then slowly while wipping, stop higher on the windshield and then make their way while wipping back down to the down position.
I have an alert that my light sensor, which is tied to the wippers needs to be repaired but that has been on for awhile before this issue.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Not sure if there is something that needs to be reset or the wiper assembly needs to be replaces.

The lesson I learned through owning quite a few german cars is take care of it in a strict manner to avoid having check lights, such things can be avoided & if you happen to have a yellow/red light on the dash take care of it immediately otherwise the situation just worsens and you'll just end up spending quite a few dollars for parts n labor, just my. 02
