I have been having trouble getting an alignment for my car. First place I was recommended by my mechanic. Ended up going back three times, every time I got car back the alignment was still very off. Few months later I tried a different place. They said the bar to adjust my rear toe angle was too rusted to move and needed replacing, but they adjusted my front tires anyway. Now my car has a horrible alignment, I have to hold wheel about 45 degrees to right to go straight. Does anyone know a shop that could get it done right????? Or am I better off just going to dealership?

 

I would take it to the dealer so they could do a correct alignment. I have a shop here in northern NJ if you want to cross the river.

 

I had the dealership do an alignment on my CLK after I lowered it. It was good. Only cost 123.00 after a discount. I got a discount for being a member of the local MB chapter. try them out.

 

I am in Staten Island and the best place around here by far is Wil Johns Tire Empire / Wheel Concepts. They do the best work. I know tons of people that had a great time with them. They also did the wheels on my Mustang that I used to have.

I asked the same question awhile ago, and I did go back to the dealer to do the alignment. It cost me $120+ tax.
