2008 ML550 P2. 2010 E350 P2
Center Arm Rest Console
Mine came completley off. None of the tabs or parts are broken but I can not figure out how to get it back on. Any ideas? Thanks.

Have had it happen. Takes 2 people to get it back on. Those little tabs can be a little tricky on which goes on first. It will go back on and be fine. Good luck

Only choice now is to fill it with ice and serve some cold ones from it!

Seriously though, it is a pain to get back on without help. Don't ask the wife. I learned that lesson the hard way.

You gave me an idea. OP - go find a small 12v fridge (that hold say 3-4 cans), wire it into the cigarette lighter and get it in there. You will be a legend, a legend who always has a cold drink handy.

I've had it come off several times and learned the hard way how to get it back on - broke the arm rest clips the first time. If you take your time, be patient, study the hinges and what you need to press when fitting it on one side, you'll figure it out. Remeber that hinging on what side requires that you press something on the other side..I can't tell you exactly or specifically how to do it without taking it off - which I don't want to do. Good luck.

yea it happened to me many times....
the clips in the back are easy... but the hinges are a bit tricky....
the first time i hit it and it went into place
